It's one of our final paid PD Events with Dinner: Select a paid after-school workshop with dinner, at the BMO Centre in London on Tuesday, May 27th. The options are:
1) Beyond Long Division: Divide and Conquer! - visual options that make it accessible to many learners
2) Coding Unplugged Without Computers - hands-on, tech free activities that build computational thinking skills across the curriculum
3) Holocaust Education and Addressing Anti-Semitism - information and resources to help address curriculum expectations including lived experiences over four generations

The Mandatory Training Modules for elementary Occasional Teachers, are posted in the Employee Portal under "Employee Training". Once there, scroll down to "2024 - 2025 OTE Required Training" and complete the following modules by June 27th for a half-day of salary to be paid in July:_________________________

As negotiated in our last round of bargaining, Occasional Teachers in daily and long-term assignments "...who are not able to receive their preparation payback period in the course of their assignment will be entitled to money in lieu." (Letter of Understanding #5)
