From the Board:
This is a reminder that notifications you may have had set up for the
SharePoint job postings site no longer work as this function was removed by
Microsoft earlier this year.
As an alternative, please find attached a job aid to assist with setting
up SharePoint workflows that support notifications for job
postings.
Please note that there are two separate workflows that must be
configured:
1.
A workflow to receive notifications for new job postings.
2.
A workflow to receive notifications when changes are made to
existing postings.
Once the workflows are set up, notification emails will appear as though
they have been sent from your Outlook account.
If you require additional assistance with setting up the workflows,
please contact the Help Hub for support.
